For the father who knows something needs to change.
Four challenges. Twelve months. Zero alcohol.
A brotherhood of men committed to growth, guided by expert coaches, and built to push you further than you'd go alone.
You get stronger. Faster. More resilient. You look in the mirror and recognize the man staring back. Your kids see you transform.
The fog lifts. The anxiety quiets. You learn to carry weight without it crushing you. You develop tools that actually work.
You show up present. You model vulnerability. Your marriage improves. Your fatherhood deepens. You're not doing it alone anymore.
Everybody's why is different.
You may simply need an outlet. We need challenge. We need camaraderie and brotherhood—striving to get better together. A place where it's okay to simultaneously be vulnerable and strong. To ask for help and to give help. Where mental and physical strength, family and faith are reflected when we look in the mirror.
The Outlet is about legacy.
How our children look at us. We all know—kids watch more than anything.
I remember my oldest son watching me as I poured my second large glass of whiskey on a weeknight.
There were no words spoken, but he was taking note.
This outlet is for dads who want and need the challenge, the brotherhood, the space to be pushed to show up better for themselves and their families. An outlet for community, mental and physical improvement, a true brotherhood.
That's why we're here.
Provo, Utah. 13.1 miles through scenic mountain terrain. Your first finish line. You're a runner now.
East Moline, Illinois. Flat, fast course. Beat your June time. Prove you're not the same runner.
Custom functional fitness challenge. 8 stations, 8km running. This one you can't do alone. When you're dying, your brother pushes you.
26.2 miles or 50K ultra. One year later, you're not the same man. Your kids watch you finish. This is your proof. This is your legacy.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Expert-designed progressive programming. AI-powered journaling. Show up as the dad you want to be.
30-45 min virtual brotherhood circles. Real accountability. No one slips through the cracks.
90-min sessions with expert advisors. Endurance + nutrition. Mental performance. Fatherhood.
Weekend in-person. Deep work. Brotherhood forged. Complete the challenge together.
24/7 brotherhood platform. Regional training pods. Never do it alone again.
Perfect. That's the point. The training is progressive—we build you from wherever you are to ready for each challenge. Our endurance advisor designs programming for complete beginners through experienced runners. You just need to be willing to do the work.
Training: 5-8 hours/week (your schedule). Weekly check-ins: 45 min. Monthly advisor sessions: 90 min. Quarterly events: Full weekend (Fri evening - Sun afternoon), 4x/year. It's significant but manageable for busy dads.
No. The Outlet is built for fathers, but it's open to any man who needs this work. If you're struggling, need brotherhood, and want to do hard things with men who get it—you're welcome here. The fatherhood component will speak to those who have kids, but the core work (challenge, accountability, transformation) applies to all men.
No—and yes. The Outlet isn't exclusively for fathers in recovery, but some members are getting sober and we fully support that journey. Our events are alcohol-free by design—we've found fathers do deeper work when alcohol isn't in the mix. Whether you're in active recovery, sober curious, or just focused on the challenge, you belong here. Optional sobriety support is built in: weekly check-ins, accountability partnerships, and resources for staying strong during training. You're not alone.
Life happens. If you miss a event, you still have access to all virtual programming and the brotherhood platform. You won't lose your spot. But the in-person work is where the deepest transformation happens, so we built the schedule a year in advance so you can plan around it.
No. You need to be willing to get in shape. Our training is progressive—we meet you where you are. If you're 50 pounds overweight and haven't exercised in 5 years, we'll build you up safely. If you're already fit but struggling mentally, we'll push you differently. The only requirement is commitment.
Our programming includes injury prevention and our advisor helps you adjust if issues arise. If you're injured and can't complete a challenge, we work with you on modified participation or alternate challenges. The goal is transformation, not broken bodies.
Events are in the same city as that quarter's race (Cincinnati, Chicago, etc.). This minimizes travel and lets us complete the challenge together on Sunday. Exact venues announced 90 days before each event. We negotiate hotel group rates.
Founding member pricing is available to the first 25 members only — and it's locked in for life as long as you stay active. Monthly is $447/month with a minimum 3-month commitment. Full year upfront is $5,000 — saving you $364 compared to monthly. After the founding 25, pricing increases to reflect the full value of the program. If cost is a barrier, bring it up on the discovery call — we don't want money to be the reason the right man doesn't show up.
Faith is a large backbone of The Outlet. It's part of my story and many members' stories. That said, you don't have to be religious to be here. We respect all beliefs (and non-belief). The values are universal: showing up, doing hard things, being there for your family, being part of something bigger than yourself. Brotherhood doesn't require shared religion, but it does require respect for those who lean on faith as part of their strength.
We want you to succeed, so we'll work with you if life gets in the way. But there are no refunds—this is a commitment. Before you join, make sure you're ready for the full 12 months. This isn't a gym membership you try for a month. It's legacy work.
No. Our events are alcohol-free. We've found fathers do deeper, more meaningful work when alcohol isn't in the mix. This creates space for everyone—whether you're in recovery, getting sober, or just focused on the challenge. Brotherhood is built through shared challenge, vulnerability, and showing up, not drinking.
We're building the founding cohort now. Limited to those who are ready to commit to the work.
